Everyone and their mother has these but i thought i'd tell you what i think about them!
Revlon Lip Butter - Candy Apple
Boots - £5.99 (£2.00 off at the moment!)
I also have Sweet Tart but neglected to photograph that!
- They're creamy
- Soft to the touch
- GREAT colour pay off for a moisturizing lipstick
- Gorgeous packaging
- Quite a good variety of colours
- Really moisturizing
All in all i absolutely love this product! I have heard some people say they don't think it's worth the price but i think it really is. Granted, i only paid £5.99 for both of mine but i definitely would pay £7.99 for them. I don't deem that to be a lot of money and because the product is so great i really think it's worth it.
You probably have but i'll ask anyway... Have you tried any of the Revlon Lip Butters?
Let me know what colours you love because i am always keen for trying more - i like the bright colours! XO
I actually haven't tried them yet. I don't wear much makeup (all I use right now is a tinted lip balm) but I think I ought to invest in a lipstick! I might get my Holly Golightly on and buy a pale pink like Strawberry Shortcake.
ReplyDeleteYou're the lucky lady that doesn't need to wear make up - unlike me! I am completely dolled up every single day purely because i can't bare to look at my naked face!
DeleteI really do recommend these though - they can just be a sheer wash of colour but so buildable and just lovely! XO
I bet you don't look as bad as you think! I look a little bit washed out if I don't put some kind of colour on, though. Do you think you could use these as a cheek tint, since they're quite sheer?
DeleteI have tried that before yeah and you definitely could. I put a tiny bit of powder blush over the top of it just to seal it in - but only the tiniest bit. I used my pinky colour 'sweet tart' as a lip colour and it worked perfectly! A nice flush of colour - so probably perfect for none make up-ed skin! XO
DeleteI definitely need to try one of these, they sound great!xx
